The G2S youth development team is not your typical club team. The goal is not to win as a team, but to get better as an individual player. The youth development team is an extension of the G2S skills training program. Individual skills alone are not enough to become a complete basketball player–players also have to know how to play the game and how to apply their skills in an actual game. Coach Bo realized that many players were not always getting proper coaching on their respective club teams, leaving them unable to meet their true potential. Nobody gets better sitting on the bench. G2S youth development team believes in equal opportunities and playing time. Each team will only have ten Players on the roster. The youth development team’s main focus is to develop players’ basketball IQ and proper team fundamentals on offense and defense.

To be eligible to be part of the team there are few requirements:

  • Be committed to the game and committed to improving.
  • Attend at least one group training or one individual training per week.

Players are allowed participate in game with different organizations as the same time.
